BabyPeek (the "App") is a mobile application that generates AI-based, entertainment-only baby images and other visual predictions from parent/selfie photos you upload. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
1. Data We Collect
- Photos you upload: The photos you select to generate a result. These photos are processed solely to create the image you request.
- Generated images: The results produced by the AI; these are stored only on your device.
- Purchase information: Your subscription status, managed through Apple and our subscription infrastructure provider (RevenueCat). BabyPeek never sees or stores your payment card details; payment is handled entirely by Apple.
- Device and usage data: Anonymous technical data (device type, OS version, in-app events, crash logs) may be collected to operate and improve the App.
- Account: BabyPeek does not require you to create an account; you are assigned an anonymous identifier.
2. How We Use Data
- To generate the AI images you request,
- To verify your subscription and unlock premium features,
- To operate the App, fix errors, and improve the experience,
- To comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your photos or data for advertising, and we do not share them with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Processing of Your Photos
The photos you upload to generate images are transmitted over a secure connection to our AI infrastructure provider (fal.ai) to produce your result. Photos are not used for any purpose other than this processing, are not used to build a persistent profile, and are not permanently stored on our servers after the operation completes. The generated result image is kept on your device; if you delete it from your device, no copy remains with us.
