BabyPeek - Terms of Use

By downloading or using the BabyPeek application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

BabyPeek is an application that generates entertainment-only AI baby images, age-progression, and themed visuals from photos you upload.

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must be 18 years of age or older, or be under the supervision of an adult who holds the necessary permissions for the photos you upload.

3. Content You Upload

You represent that you own the photos you upload or that you have all necessary permissions to use and process them.
You agree not to upload photos belonging to others without their consent.
You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of producing the result you request. This license is limited to generating that result.

4. AI and Entertainment-Only Use

All images produced by BabyPeek are generated by artificial intelligence and are for entertainment purposes only. The results do not represent the appearance of a real child and do not constitute a medical, genetic, or scientific prediction, and may not be used for such purposes. No guarantee is made regarding the accuracy of the generated images.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

BabyPeek premium features are offered through auto-renewing Weekly (₺449.99) and Yearly (₺1,799.99) subscriptions. Current prices are shown in the App and may vary by country.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews and the same fee is charged unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via App Store > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
