This Privacy Policy explains how Calorify ("Calorify", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Calorify mobile application and related services.

Calorify is an AI calorie tracker and food scanner. The app helps users estimate calories, macros, meal history, mood, weight, and progress. Calorify is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

  1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you create or access an account, we may collect your email address, Apple account identifier, display name, and authentication-related information.

Profile and goal information

We may collect information you enter during onboarding or in your profile, such as age, height, weight, gender, activity level, diet preferences, goals, target calories, macro targets, preferred language, and app settings.

Food, scan, and nutrition information

When you log meals or scan food, we may collect meal names, food items, serving sizes, calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, timestamps, meal history, and related notes. If you use photo-based food scanning, we process the photo you provide to estimate nutritional information.

Mood and progress information

If you use mood or progress features, we may collect mood entries, selected mood factors, notes, weight entries, and progress statistics.

Payment and subscription information

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple and RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive subscription status, product identifiers, purchase dates, renewal status, trial status, and entitlement information so that we can unlock premium features.

Device, usage, and diagnostics information

We may collect app usage events, device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs, diagnostics, performance information, country or region, and approximate language/locale information. This helps us improve reliability, onboarding, paywall performance, and product experience.

Support information

If you contact support, we may collect your email address, message content, screenshots, device details, and any other information you choose to provide.
