  1. How does AI food scanning work? Open Calorify, tap the add button, choose Scan food, take a clear photo of your meal, and Calorify will estimate the food items, calories, protein, carbs, and fat. AI results are estimates. Please review and edit the result before saving.
  2. Why are calories sometimes inaccurate? Photo-based nutrition analysis depends on lighting, portion size, camera angle, visible ingredients, cooking method, and food type. Calorify gives an estimate, not a laboratory measurement.
  3. Can I edit a scanned meal? Yes. After a scan, review the food items and nutrition details. You can adjust serving amounts or retake the photo before adding the meal.
  4. How do I manage my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Calorify From there you can view, cancel, or manage your subscription.
  5. How do I cancel a free trial? Free trials are managed by Apple. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid renewal: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Calorify > Cancel Subscription
  6. I purchased Pro but premium is not active. What should I do? Open Calorify and tap Restore. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for purchase. If it still does not work, contact support with your device model and approximate purchase time.
  7. How do I delete my account? You can request account deletion by contacting support. Include the email or Apple account used for Calorify. We will delete or anonymize personal data unless we need to retain limited information for legal, security, billing, or fraud-prevention reasons.
