How do I cancel my subscription or free trial? Open iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Cleanir → Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
How do I get a refund? Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
I paid on another device — how do I unlock Pro here? Open Cleanir and tap Restore on the paywall.
Is my data private? Yes. Cleanir analyzes your photos, videos and contacts on your device — your media is never uploaded to us. See our Privacy Policy.
I deleted something by accident. Check the App’s Trash and your device’s Recently Deleted album. We recommend keeping a backup (e.g. iCloud) before cleaning, as recovery cannot be guaranteed.
