Cleanir — Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

These Terms of Use (the “Terms” or “EULA”) are a binding agreement between you and bikodlab (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of the Cleanir application and related services (the “App”). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Note for the publisher: Replace bracketed placeholders and have counsel review. Apple requires that any custom EULA include, at minimum, the terms in Sections 11–12 below.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Usage Rules therein. This license does not let you sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, copy (except as allowed by the Usage Rules), modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the App, except where the law expressly permits.

2. What Cleanir does (and your responsibility for your data)

Cleanir helps you find and remove duplicates, similar photos and videos, screenshots, large files and other clutter, and to optimize media to recover storage.

Deletion is powerful — please review before you confirm. You are solely responsible for choosing what to delete or modify. Where the device permits, deleted items are first moved to a recoverable area (e.g. “Recently Deleted” / the App’s Trash) for a limited period, but we cannot guarantee recovery of anything you remove. We strongly recommend keeping a current backup (e.g. iCloud or another backup) before cleaning. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss of photos, videos, contacts or other data resulting from your use of the App.

3. Subscriptions, free trial and billing

Cleanir offers a free tier and an optional Cleanir Pro upgrade. Pro may be offered as:

• an auto-renewable subscription (e.g. Cleanir Pro Weekly), and/or
• a one-time purchase (e.g. Cleanir Pro Lifetime).

The exact title, duration and price are always shown on the purchase screen before you buy and may vary by region, currency and promotion. Example pricing (subject to change): Weekly at ₺449,99 per week, often with a 3-day free trial; Lifetime at ₺1.999,99 as a one-time payment.

By starting a subscription you agree that:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Free trial: if you start a trial and do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the disclosed price. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (or via the App Store). Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
