Terms of Use (EULA) — Coinly AI

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and bikodlab teknoloji limited şirketi ("bikodlab", "we", "us") governing your use of the Coinly AI mobile application ("Coinly AI", the "App"). By downloading or using Coinly AI, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

This App is licensed, not sold. Your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. If there is a conflict, these Terms apply to the extent permitted, and Apple's Standard EULA otherwise governs.

1. The service

Coinly AI uses artificial intelligence to identify coins from photos and to provide information such as country, year, denomination, rarity, condition and an estimated value range with a confidence score.

2. Estimates only — not an appraisal or financial advice

This is the most important term. Please read it.

• All identifications, rarity scores, condition assessments and values in Coinly AI are automated estimates, generated by AI and based on available data and the photos you provide.
• They are not a professional appraisal, grading, authentication, or guarantee of a coin's identity, authenticity, condition or value.
• Coinly AI does not provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Estimated values are for informational purposes only and may differ significantly from any real sale, purchase, insurance or auction price.
• Do not rely solely on Coinly AI for any buying, selling, insuring, or financial decision. Consult a qualified professional (e.g. a certified numismatist or grading service) before acting.

You use the App's outputs at your own risk.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the App. You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the App or its backend; reverse engineer except as permitted by law; use the App for unlawful purposes; or upload content you have no right to submit.

4. Your content (coin photos)

You retain ownership of the photos you capture or upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process those images solely to provide the identification service (including via our AI processing provider), as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you submit.

5. Subscriptions — Coinly AI Premium

Coinly AI offers an auto-renewable subscription, Coinly AI Premium, which unlocks unlimited scans, full estimated-value details, rarity and condition insights, unlimited collection and history, and other premium features.
