This Privacy Policy explains how bikodlab teknoloji limited şirketi ("bikodlab", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the Coinly AI mobile application ("Coinly AI", the "App"). Coinly AI lets you photograph a coin and receive an AI-based identification, estimated value, rarity and historical details.
We built Coinly AI to be privacy-first: it works without an account, and most of your data stays on your device.

We collect the minimum needed to identify coins and run the App.
a) Coin photos you take or upload. When you scan a coin, the front and back images are sent to our backend and to our AI processing provider to recognise the coin. These images are processed transiently to produce your result and are not used to identify you. We do not retain your scanned images on our servers after processing. Images and results that you choose to save to your collection are stored locally on your device.
b) Anonymous app identifier. The App generates a random, per-installation identifier (a UUID) used to enforce free-tier usage limits and to help with support. It is not your name, email, advertising ID or device serial number, and it is not linked to your real-world identity.
c) Purchase and subscription information. If you subscribe to Coinly AI Premium, your purchase is processed by Apple and managed via RevenueCat. We receive your subscription status and transaction identifiers (e.g. active/expired, product purchased). We never receive or store your payment card or full Apple Account details.
d) Basic diagnostic and technical data. We may process limited technical information (such as app version, device type, OS version and error/crash signals) to keep the App reliable.
We do NOT collect: your name, email address (unless you email us), phone number, precise location, contacts, browsing history, or biometric data. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.
